We respect your privacy. We use the information you provide about yourself to fulfill the request you made on this site. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide you with the service you have requested.

KoiNet, KoiTour and AquaNet, including its partners and affiliates, are dedicated to protecting the privacy of its customers and web site visitors. In order to show this commitment we follow certain procedures designed to safeguard the information you entrust to it. These procedures are set forth in the following paragraphs.

KoiNet is the sole owner of the information collected on www.koinet.co.za and www.koitour.co.za. KoiNet collects personally identifiable information from our users when they register their name and email address.  We do not collect any data at several different points on our web site other than is statistical in nature.  KoiNet does not materially alter the information provided by its web site visitors, nor does it supplement the information from its own or third party sources.

Registration:
When using www.koinet.co.za  or www.koitour.co.za you have the option to create a user name and password by completing a registration form. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest. (Option not yet fully implemented)

Orders:
If you place an order with KoiNet, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address).

We use this information to contact you, to plan delivery of your order or discuss the tour with you, for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We will also use this information to notify you when your order or other information has been shipped and incase we have trouble processing your order.

Payments:
KoiNet does not collect or store your payment information (credit card number, banking account information, etc.). We use 2CO to process all card payments. During the checkout process you are forwarded to the 2CO website and all of this information is collected by them. We have chosen 2CO because they have state-of-the-art security to protect your vital information. It is their business.

If you opt to make direct deposits or EFT's you are in contact with your bank and we do not get access to any of your information..

We take every precaution to ensure that personal information do not come into the public domain.

Security Practices:
We take security very serious. The security of your personal information is important to us. When you need to enter sensitive information, you are directed to the secure servers of 2CO Inc, who encrypt that data using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
